HOW WILL WE USE YOUR DATA?
The primary reason for asking you to provide us with your personal data is to allow us to carry out your requests/instructions, which will usually be to represent you and carry out legal work. This can include, but is not limited to:

- Verifying source of funds;
- To communicate with you;
- To establish how your matter will be funded;
- To obtain insurance policies on your behalf;

REVIEW
In order to ensure that it remains fit for purpose, this policy will be formally reviewed at least annually by the senior management team. This review process will also serve as a means of continually improving the practice’s approach to risk management.
